We are looking forward to receiving the contract, and will pass it along to our lawyer (in Portugal) as well to review once received. Also, thank you for asking the question about your property listings! As we mentioned before, we have been looking exclusively at online property listings for several months. We were too busy to travel to Porto to view properties and so relied on photos and any information provided in online listings. We have probably looked through every online real estate firm in Portugal! Your listings definitely stood out from the rest, including other Re/Max listings for the following reasons: Real photos of the inside AND outside of the property Youtube video tours with a rockin' soundtrack!; not just photos Accurate and extensive information on the property in the notes section; also further postings of the property on your social media (very helpful) Estimates of the IMT and Stamp Duty (this can be confusing to foreigners - again, very helpful) Information on you (Listing Agent) and how to reach out and other easy ways to find you online Finally, your quick response and willingness to say YES to get us this property as soon as possible!
