Pedro Castro Palma

In real estate mediation and as a consultant, he began his career in 2022 at Engel&Völkers, and in June 2023, he joined the RE/MAX CONVICTUS team.

He started his professional career in 1989 as an intern engineer at Premolde, S.A. In 1990, he joined the staff of PLANEGE, S.A. as a design engineer specializing in foundations and structures, where he remained until March 1998. In March 1998, he became a member of the management team at P&V - Consultoria e Projectos de Engenharia, Lda., assuming the role of company management, which he held until 2009. In 2009, he joined the staff of TPF, Consultores de Engenharia e Arquitectura, S.A., taking on the position of Director of the Department of Studies and Projects.

Between 2004 and 2008, concurrently, he held the positions of Commercial Director and Technical Director at the Angolan company SOLENG - Soluções de Engenharia, Lda.

At TPF, S.A., from 2009 until April 2022, he held various roles, with the most relevant being Director of the Department of Studies and Projects, Director of the Department of Construction Oversight, Commercial and Marketing Director, Administrator responsible for the company's internationalization area, and responsible for managing and coordinating branches in the markets of Angola, Mozambique, and Equatorial Guinea.

Additionally, from 2006 to 2012, he worked as a lecturer, as a guest professor at the Lusófona University, teaching subjects such as Technical Project Management, Structural Design, Construction Technology, and Project Management.
