DEVELOPMENT “PAÇO”
A History That Inspires the Present
Paço de Arcos is one of the oldest and most emblematic villages in the municipality of Oeiras, deeply connected to the sea and to Portugal’s maritime history.
Its name is linked to the former palace with arches facing the Tagus River, from where, according to tradition, D. Manuel I watched the departure of the ships bound for India in the 16th century. Over the centuries, the village became a preferred summer retreat for Lisbon’s nobility and bourgeoisie, attracted by the mild climate, the seafront setting, and its proximity to the capital.
Today, Paço de Arcos preserves its historic charm, harmoniously combining heritage, Atlantic views, and quality of life in a privileged location between Lisboa and Cascais.
PAÇO — Exclusivity with Identity
It is within this unique setting that PAÇO is born: a distinctive signature project designed for those who value privacy, exclusivity, and the convenience of being just steps away from everything.
With a striking and contemporary architectural identity, the development comprises:
- 2 two-bedroom villas (T2)
- 4 four-bedroom villas (T4)
