Apartment T3 in Dubai with elevator

Condo/Apartment T4 for sale

Ela by Dorchester Collection is a luxury residential complex from the developer Omniyat. It consists of four 10-storey buildings and offers 60 spacious residences with 3 and 4 bedrooms, as well as 3 penthouses.

The author of the architectural project Ela by Dorchester Collection are famous architects Zaha Had id and Vladimir Djurovic.

The exterior facade of the buildings is decorated with gracefully curved architectural elements made of travertine stone and bronze inserts. The architecture accentuates and blends harmoniously with the landscape, creating shaded walkways and pathways that lead directly to the waterfront.

Upon entering the apartments, you will be greeted by high double-volume ceilings, creating an airy and comfortable atmosphere.

When choosing an interior design for your home, you can afford to choose from three options, each of which is created taking into account your unique preferences and requirements.

The complex has a huge temperature-controlled swimming pool, as well as a children's pool where your children can relax and play. The designer spa will be the ideal place for wellness and relaxation. Each residence has a private swimming pool.

The property is just 1.7 km from Dolphin Bay, 3.9 km from Sufouh Beach, 6.4 km from Emirates Golf Club and 2.1 km from Reel Cinemas The Pointe.
