Palace in the Historic Centre in Elvas

In the heart of Elvas’s historic centre — a city classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site — stands this remarkable 18th-century palace, located within the city walls. This is a truly unique
property, whose exemplary restoration has preserved the original character of the building, dating from the final quarter of the 18th century, while harmoniously blending historical architectural and decorative elements with contemporary solutions for comfort and elegance. 

The architectural project was led by renowned architect Manuel Aires Mateus, winner of the Pessoa Prize in 2017, and the interior design was developed by L’Èléphant Interiors. The result is a delicate
balance between antique furniture and modern design pieces, creating a sober, welcoming, and timeless atmosphere.

2020 programme.
