In tourism terms, the estate has 14 accommodation units that can be transformed into 18 (the 4 family suites can be converted into 8 double suites, simply by closing the connecting doors that separate them).

Of these accommodations: three are independent houses, with one or two bedrooms, living room, fireplace, and kitchen; seven are family suites or studios with a bedroom and living room with capacity for at least four people; and four accommodations have capacity for two adults (of these, two are tents - glamping concept). It is also possible to add an extra bed in the two suites.

In addition to the accommodations dedicated to tourist activity, the estate also includes:

• The owners' house: With 420m2, four spacious suites, a small living room, living room, dining room, and kitchen. With an independent entrance, it also has a room that has been used as a reception area.
• Two swimming pools.
• A technical area where the laundry is located, as well as the pellet heating equipment serving the 3 studios, the main house, the games room, and the changing rooms for one of the pools.
• A games room of approximately 70m2 that can be transformed into an open and versatile space.
• A house with 2 bedrooms and a living room where the rural caretakers live (if that is the option chosen), with two adjacent support warehouses.
• An exclusive restaurant for guests.

In agricultural terms, the estate is currently undertaking a small agricultural project, with approximately 1 hectare of orchard, 2 hectares of almond trees, 1 hectare of olive grove, 0.5 hectares of table grapes, and approximately 0.5 hectares of vegetable garden planted in 2019.

It also has about 3 hectares of meadow that are currently used for grazing animals: 2 mares, 2 donkeys, and more than 50 sheep. Regarding animals, the estate also has domestic animals, chickens, and ducks.

The underlying logic was to integrate the rural component with the tourist component, so that guests could share and experience rural life during their stay, including many of the products created or produced on the estate in their meals.

The estate is crossed by a stream and has 3 wells, one of which is from a mine that supplies water to all the houses. It also has a high to medium voltage transformation station and photovoltaic panels representing approximately 30% of consumption.
